Cocktail Reception $35 per person

This complete catering package includes food, equipment (chafing dishes, 2 tables for service, linen, etc.) and two hours of service. Beverages are not included. There is a 40 person minimum, with the maximum being determined by the venue.

Shrimp Puffs - shrimp salad lightly dressed with toasted sesame dressing
Stuffed mushrooms - filled with an herb cream cheese
Melon wrapped with prosciutto - Served skewered with picks

Cheese Board - Clusters of grapes, strawberries (when in season), sliced apples and/or pears, sliced California cheese, herb goat cheese, brie, sliced bread and crackers

Chicken Satay - Served with peanut and sweet chili sauce

Mini Vegetable Skewers - Roasted with extra virgin olive oil and herbs, and drizzled with reduced balsamic and served with roasted garlic aioli

Dessert Assortment- Chocolate dipped strawberries, filled puffs and mini brownie bites
